ZE Water Solutions
Elkay x Lowe’s
WaterCenter
Elkay had the opportunity to design an in-store display at Lowe’s for our new innovation—the WaterCenter. More than a sink, it’s a multifunctional kitchen solution combining a sink, filtered faucet, cutting board, and colander into one streamlined, storage-focused unit.
I built the concept around four pillars: storage appeal, sustainability, accessible product information, and modern design trends. The goal was to create a strong visual identity, not just a display.
Starting with a mood board inspired by urban, efficient aesthetics, I developed a Photoshopped concept that was approved by Elkay and Lowe’s without revision. It then moved to production modeling.
Design choices were intentional: exposed brick for a modern city feel, sleek black cabinetry to spotlight the product, and a greenery wall to highlight sustainability and water filtration.
To engage shoppers, the display featured:
-
Two large-format blueprints detailing the WaterCenter and faucet
-
An interactive iPad demo
-
Take-home brochures
-
QR codes for easy access to more info
Though the launch is ongoing, it’s been rewarding to see this concept evolve from sketch to store.
